Do you offer trade pricing for designers and architects?
Yes. We work with designers and architects on a project-by-project basis and offer competitive trade pricing on materials. Contact us to discuss your project volume and we can set up a working relationship that makes sense for both sides.
Can I bring clients to your showroom for material selection?
Absolutely — the showroom is ideal for client-facing material selection. We have countertop slabs, cabinet door samples, tile, flooring, and shower doors all in one space. We can arrange private appointments outside of regular hours for client visits. Call (928) 707-3681 to schedule.
Do you provide samples for design presentations?
We can provide countertop and tile samples for design presentations. Sample availability depends on current stock. For large-format slab samples or specific material requests, contact us in advance so we can have the right materials ready.
What is your lead time for custom orders?
Lead times vary by material. Quartz and in-stock countertops: 1–2 weeks from template. Custom cabinet orders: 3–6 weeks. Special-order tile: 2–4 weeks depending on source. We give accurate lead times at quote stage so you can plan your client's project timeline accurately.
