What does the trade program include?
Trade partners get competitive material pricing, priority scheduling, a dedicated point of contact, and faster estimate turnaround. The specific terms depend on your project volume — we discuss that during the application review.
Do I need an AZ contractor license to apply?
A license number is helpful but not required to apply. We work with licensed general contractors, specialty contractors, and qualified owner-builders. We do verify business information before approving trade accounts.
How quickly can you turn around a quote for a spec home?
For standard residential spec projects with clear dimensions, we can typically provide a written quote within 2 business days. For multi-unit or larger projects, we ask for a brief meeting to scope the work accurately before quoting.
Do you handle material-only orders or do you require installation?
We prefer to supply and install — it keeps accountability clear and protects our warranty. We can discuss material-only orders for contractors with their own certified installation crews on a case-by-case basis.
